Placing an order

Email Consultation

To inquire about your wedding stationery, please contact us by email. Please include as much detail in your message as possible, for example, design name, your wedding date, quantity needed and any additional stationery items you’d like. Also, tell me about your style, theme and any colors you have selected. I aim to respond to all inquiries as quickly as I can, but please allow a few extra days during holidays and busy periods.

Receiving a Quote

Following our consultation, via email, I will prepare a detailed quote and send it to you for review. When you tell me you wish to proceed, I will prepare an order and send you a link to a custom Etsy listing. All payments are handled through Etsy, where you can pay via credit, debit card or Paypal.

The full fee is required to begin the digital proofing process. No designs or other work on your order will be done until this payment is received. Due to the nature of digital and PDF proofing I am unable to accept deposits or payments in instalments, apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Designing your Stationery

Once your payment has been received, all information (Invitation wording etc.) may be emailed to me at stnstationery@gmail.com. Once these details have been received, I will email all digital PDF proofs within 24-72 hours. You will have the opportunity to instruct me to make changes to the proofs until you are satisfied with your design. Customers on average only need two or three amendments to proofs, as such we allow up to five free of charge. After this and additional charge of £5 per proof will be charged.

PLEASE NOTE: It is extremely important to point out any errors, layout & design changes during the customer controlled PDF proofing process before giving me the final go-ahead to print. I cannot offer any sort of refund or compensation for any misspellings found after your stationery has been printed as it is your responsibility to check/scrutinise your digital proofs.

Creating your Stationery

Once you have approved your proofs and given me the go-ahead I will print, cut and dispatch your invitations to the shipping address provided in your order. Making your stationery can take between 3 - 7 days.

I will inform you once your order is in the post. Please allow at least 7 days (UK) or 31 days (International) for delivery.

terms and conditions

Approval & Production

I will make every effort to assure your satisfaction and if there is an error on my part, I will correct the problem. However, it is your responsibility to review and make sure that every detail is correct on your proof, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, spacing and colour.

Please note: I cannot be held responsible for any errors once you have given final approval of the proof. If you would like me to make changes to your design after you have given final approval, additional charges will be applied for reprinting.

After your final approval is received, materials are ordered and your stationery goes into production. At this time no further changes can be made and quantities cannot be decreased. If you would like to order more items of stationery at this time, or at a later date, all designs are kept on file for up to 12 months after purchase.

Printing & Stock Quality

All printing is done in-house in my design studio in order to ensure everything is perfect! All products are made on-demand. The printing is flat, not raised, and done with high resolution, professional quality printers. All card stock used is 280gsm-300gsm in thickness. All of the card stock is sturdy and of excellent quality, made in the UK from recycled materials.

The recycled 'Kraft' and 'Eco-Natural' cards, due to their nature, may be speckled and feature tiny flecks of wood.

Samples

Samples are available for purchase via my Etsy store. Sorry, I cannot send out free samples due to high demand.

Lead Times

Production begins once your proofs have approved. This typically takes around 3-7 days wedding invitations, although during peak season, lead times can run up to 2 weeks.

Design for all other wedding stationery, such as programs, place cards, table numbers, menu’s, & table plans etc. generally takes place during the final month and weeks leading up to your wedding. Lead time is typically around 1-2 weeks for these items.

Please note: International customers should order as soon as possible. This is due to long international delivery times, ranging from 1-4 weeks (depending on your specific location.

Rush Orders

UK customers only. Rush orders are accepted on a case by case basis, depending on the production schedule, availability of supplies and the scope of the project. A separate rush order fee of £30 will be added and is due in full with the original payment.

Minimum Order Quantities

Please note we now have a minimum order price of £10.

Handmade - Inconsistencies

All invitations are handmade with the utmost care, one piece at a time. Therefore, there may be a slight variation from one item to the next. This is what makes handmade products unique and charming and should not be seen as a manufacturing error.

Returns and Cancellations

Unfortunately personalised products cannot be returned. If you need to cancel your order, please contact me immediately.

Please note: If you cancel your order after approving your final proof and your stationery has gone into  production, you are responsible for the entire amount of your order.

If outside of England, please check with your local post office for restrictions on envelope sizes before placing your order, especially if ordering mini RSVP cards (70x110mm, 2.75x4.33 inches).
